ASIA

The largest and most populous continent, Asia is diverse. We sailed on our boat, but Asia is so big, we are also taking trips by plane to see as much as we can. We are at the beginning of our explorations and loving the people, the culture, and the food!

Indonesia

Indonesia is the first Asian country we sailed to on our boat. It’s full of friendly people, delicious food, and lots of wildlife and natural beauty.

Japan

We visited Japan while Go was a mess in Port Macquarie and we were waiting for insurance approvals. It was a very intense two weeks in a wonderful country. I only wish we had more time there.

Malaysia

From Indonesia, we sailed to Malaysia. We have travelled by air, land, and boat, enjoying this country from the Malacca Strait to Borneo and beyond.

Vietnam

The food, the culture, the beauty. As Anthony Bourdain said:

“It grabs you and doesn’t let you go. Once you love it, you love it forever.”

We spent two weeks, visited Hanoi, Hoi An, Da Nang and Saigon, and want to go back!
