We’ve spent our hurricane season in Grenada improving Sava and having fun. As you know from reading previous posts, we are trying to make the most of our time and enjoy all the fun and beauty the island offers. Here is a roundup of more fun things to do in Grenada.

Cooking Demonstration

It’s Always Fun At Camp Grenada

Grenada is a popular spot this time of year. Countless Caribbean cruisers spend hurricane season among the many sheltered bays on the southern shores of the island. This many cruisers together in one spot for extended periods means lots of opportunities for fun, and it’s always fun at Camp Grenada.

Yesterday, we already renewed our monthly cruising permit and we can hardly believe how fast the time has flown, how many cruisers we’ve met and how much fun we’ve had here.

The Grenadines Are Perfect for Cruising

We love the Grenadines for many reasons. Brian and I were married there in 2004, and there are so many reasons to visit this group of tropical islands in the eastern Caribbean, especially because the Grenadines are perfect for cruising.

This was our third visit to St. Vincent and the Grenadines. For our 10th wedding anniversary, we returned to the Grenadines and chartered a sailboat with friends. We loved sailing there then and we had a great time this July sailing the islands again.
