Last night was SCARY. And not because it was Halloween. I wish. Last night was one of the scariest nights on board our boat. What first seemed like an electric storm way off to the south and west became a huge storm in our anchorage. The sky became pitch black except for the illuminations from lots of lightning. In a matter of minutes, the wind raced up to 45 from 15 knots. And all the boats dragged. Beautiful day on the water in Queensland #sailinglife Sunrise and sunset from our boat. Eating in New Zealand. This country has amazing food thanks to the mix of cuisines combined with the freshest ingredients and talented people. We loved it!
